Alison Kinnersley

Alison has worked in the legal profession for 22 years. She originally qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives before being admitted as a Solicitor in 1998. She joined Russell & Co in 1992 and became a Partner in 2000.

Alison has considerable experience in many areas of the law. Alison is a formidable litigator with many years experience dealing with high value and complicated personal injury and medical negligence cases. Alison also specialises in wills and trusts, tax planning and the administration of estates.

Alison is the supervising Partner of Russell & Co’s property law department. Alison deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and she is also fully involved with our estate agency department. Alison, with Grant Parker, is a director of Russell & Co Solicitors Limited.

When not working Alison devotes her time to her family and enjoys cooking, reading and property renovation.
