For Leasehold purchases please add £50 VAT to the above fees. For properties where a new Lease is to be granted please add £200 + VAT to the above fees. Information
The fees and disbursements quoted are correct as at 1st October 2010 and are based on a standard transaction. Additional fees or disbursements may be payable for additional work undertaken that is not part of a standard transaction. A standard transaction is the purchase of a freehold residential property for true value and without allowances as joint owners or owners in common in equal shares where the Vendors title is registered at HM Land Registry and completion can be achieved without indemnity insurance policies. Only one on-line ID check fee per person is payable if we are instructed on both your sale and purchase. Please note that our fees INCLUDE acting on behalf of your Lender and also completing the Stamp Duty Land Tax Return on your behalf.
